Former Lagos State Governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to be the APC presidential primaries winner in the ongoing voting exercise.
The race includes the seating vice president of APC, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, minister of road and transport Rotimi Amaechi, and 11 other contestants at the Eagle Square Cam in Abuja, Asiwaju seems to be leading the race.
Meanwhile Akpabio, Amosun, Fayemi, Bankole, Boroffice, and Badaru step down for Tinubu; Nicholas Felix steps down for Osinbajo

In APC presidential primaries 2023, President Buhari addressed the party members to be calm and resilient in this duty and should abide by the rule, and maintain the principle of democracy saying the aspirants should accept the result for who becomes the flag bearer of the party in the coming 2023 election
In his word, the president said; “I urge all to keep to the same spirit. We must avoid acrimony and maintain the spirit of sportsmanship. The critical task ahead of the Abdullahi Adamu-led NWC remains to continue to forge the unity of purpose among party members and to keep securing needed compromises in the interest of our great party”.
In another development, Mr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu visited the scene of the Owo Catholic Church attack and donated a whopping sum of 75 million nairas to the victims.
